How to add online markets to the market list in Supercede
1. Accessing markets
Go to the markets tab within your deal.
Ensure there's at least one layer created on the deal.
See here how to create a layer.
2. Adding markets
Populate your markets list by adding at least on contact (underwriter).
Use the All list to find the name of the applicable underwriters. All underwriters with a Supercede account will appear in this list.
At least one contact must be added to the market list to move a deal from the draft stage.
3. Inviting new contacts
If an underwriter isn’t listed, you can invite them directly to view the deal on Supercede. This process is free of cost.
Click the + icon in the markets tab.
Enter the underwriter's corporate email address.
Click Import.
The underwriter will receive an email titled "You have been invited to Supercede" from the email domain supercede.com.
The email includes the inviting user's name and the deal name.
Once they have registered, they will appear in the contacts and you will be able to add them as a market to your market list.
8. Offline markets
If an underwriter does not wish to sign up to a Supercede, their participation as a market can still be recorded in the platform. This is done using the company's offline underwriter.
