How to renew a deal in Supercede as a cedent
1. Renewing deal
Go to the bound deal you would like to renew.
In the upper righthand corner, click Renew.
Most of the deal info and the structure will be carried over for the new deal.
2. Selecting broker
Type the name of the renewing broker or of a new broker from the dropdown menu.
Note: In the case of co-broking, renew to the lead broker.
Click Next.
If you can't find the applicable broker you can skip this step in the upper righthand corner and send them an invitation email on the next screen. They will be assigned to the deal once registered.
Select the broker from the list on the lefthand side. If a person is not listed, you can send them an invitation via the Invite button on the left.
Click Proceed.
