How to duplicate a deal for co-broking in Supercede
1. Duplicate deal
Go to the ellipsis next to the Edit button and select Duplicate co-broked deal.
A deal can be duplicated up to two times.
It can only be duplicated while in draft stage.
Confirm you would like to duplicate deal.
The deal has been duplicated.
All deal information will be copied over into the duplicate deals with the exception of:
- Broking Team - The broking team will be blank. Add another broking team to the deal or leave it blank if dealing with a direct market.
- Markets Tab - Markets from the Markets tab will not be transferred, these need to be populated by the broker of the deal or the cedent.
- Layer(s): Order % - The order % for each layer will need to be populated by the broker of the deal or the cedent.
Once the above has been populated, the deal can be taken through its stages.
