Viewing and extracting cover note information from Supercede
A broker can upload a Cover Note (EOC) to a deal. As a Cedent, you can access and extract Cover notes once they become available to you through your broker.
1. Filtering and Sorting
Utilise the Filters and Sorting options to locate deals with or without Cover notes.
Click Submitted or Pending and then Apply to view deals with or without cover notes.
- Submitted = Cover Note available for the deal
- Pending = Cover Note not yet added to the deal
Click on the name of the deal that you want to access the Cover note for.
Go to the Documents tab.
Viewing and Extracting Cover Notes
Click on the ellipsis (...) situated to the left of the Cover note.
The following options are available:
Click Download to save the document on your computer's designated download location.
Audit & History
Click on the file name to access details and history, displaying information regarding the uploader and upload time of the Cover note.
Email Notifications
A Cover note holds significant importance. Whenever a user adds a Cover note to the Documents tab, an email notification is sent to all users on the deal.
