How to handle differential terms as a cedent or broker
1. Handling differential pricing terms
Go to subjectivities tab, and click Add Pricing Features.
Differential pricing terms will remain in a pending status until they are reviewed.
A deal cannot be bound until all differential pricing terms have been approved / declined.
The following actions can be taken:
- Accept/Decline: Only cedents and brokers can perform this action. Once this has been done, the pricing feature can not be edited.
- Edit on Behalf of: Brokers and cedents may edit the terms on behalf of the underwriter.
- Retract on Behalf of: Brokers and cedents may retract the terms on behalf of the underwriter.
