How to start the FOT process on Supercede
1. Starting FOT
Click Start FOT on the option that you would like to take to FOT. Only one option can be taken to FOT at any time.
You can FOT individual layers one by one or FOT all layers within the option at the same time.
Click Select layers for FOT.
Select the individual layers you would like to FOT and click Next.
Alternatively select All layers to FOT all layers at the same time and click Next.
Set a due date for authorisations manually or select a date from the calendar.
Add an optional bespoke message to the applicable markets. An email with this information will be sent automatically from Supercede to markets.
Offline markets - No email notifications will be sent to offline markets.
Click Next.
2. Retracting the FOT
Click Retract to move the layer(s) back into quoting stage.
