How to record brokerage splits in a co-broked deal as a cedent
General info
- Brokerage splits are recorded in the accounting tab.
- They can be entered once a deal is at FOT stage.
- Once entered into a co-broked deal, the linked deals will be populated with the split percentage automatically.
1. Entering brokerage split
In the accounting tab, go to brokerage splits section.
Enter brokerage splits percentage for each broking firm.
Click Save.
